Ideal Temp did an excellent job of repairing our furnace. Excellent communication skills and did the job quickly and efficiently. I’ll be using Ideal Temp from now on. I have used two of the large Furnace and Air-conditioning companies that service Kansas City, Missouri and was receiving poor service which went to just awful. Had to find a new company and thrilled to say I picked the right one.

I can’t praise Matt and the boys at Ideal Temp enough. I called them with an emergency and they were there within hours to save the day on a 100 degree Saturday. I was so impressed, I went ahead and had them come back a couple weeks later and go ahead and replace my aging unit with a new one. They covered my floors, wore booties and just went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I’ll never call anyone else!”
